Hillhaven will preview by FEO. Prices starting fr $1,907psf.

Far East Organization along with its joint venture partner Sekisui House are launching Hillhaven – a 341 unit residential project – for sale on the 20th of January. The preview of the development was held last week. Over 2,00 sales gallery visitors attended its first preview weekends between Jan 5 and 7.

Hillhaven is situated at 5 Hillview Rise. The site measures 111.945 sq ft. It consists of 2 towers that are 28 and 27 storeys high, facing north-south. The 99 year leasehold project should receive its temporary occupation license by 3Q2027.

Five types of residences are available: two-bedroom units from 678 to 721 sq ft; two-bedroom-plus-study units of 797 sq ft; three-bedroom units from 947 to 1,141 sq ft; three-bedroom-plus-study units from 958 to 1,195 sq ft; and four-bedroom units from 1,259 to 1,636 sq ft.

Select three and four-bedroom apartments will feature double volume ceilings in both the living and eating areas.

In a Jan 10 press release, Far East Organization says early-bird prices for the units start from $1,907 psf, with a 678 sq ft, two-bedroom-with-two-bathroom unit starting from $1.37 million.

Hillhaven offers more than thirty facilities to its residents. These include a 50m indoor pool, a Pickleball Court, an Urban Farm for Residents, a Biker’s Corner, and BBQ Pavilions that come with a Play Area and Spa Pool.

Hillhaven is a serene retreat away from urban life, but still close to retail, dining, education, and outdoor and nature recreation.

Hillview MRT Station (Downtown Line) is four minutes away. Hillview Community Club as well as malls like The Rail Mall West Mall Hillion Mall or junction 10 are all nearby. Bukit Timah Nature Parks, Dairy Farm Nature Parks, and Bukit batok Nature Parks are all within walking distance.

Hillhaven has a variety of educational institutions nearby, including CHIJ Our Lady Queen of Peace within 1km, Raffles Girls’ Primary School Raffles Girls’ School Hwa Chong Institution National Junior College as well as international schools such St Francis Methodist School Singapore and German European School Singapore.

Lim is convinced that Hillhaven will appeal to home buyers, citing the fact that District 23’s median prices have increased by 44.8% over 2019-2023. Hillhaven, which offers immediate accessibility and connection, capitalizes on the precinct’s track record to make it an attractive investment.

Far East Organization is familiar with Hillview because it has built nearby developments like Hillvista Lanai Hillier as well as HillV2.

No new homes are being built in Hillview. This highlights the exclusivity of this area as a residential enclave.

Hillhaven attracted a large number of prospective buyers due to its location near the Hillview MRT Station.

The projects launched in 2023 have shown good results, with a high rate of take up, despite the hesitant purchasing sentiment.

The project will also be able to reap the benefits of its proximity to Jurong Innovation Districts, and Lake Districts. Tengah Township, with its more than 35,000 new public houses planned, is also expected to benefit from a future strong secondary demand.

Hillhaven is incorporating green features to achieve BCA’s Green Mark Platinum Ultra Low Energy rating. These include energy-efficient systems for air-conditioning, solar panels that are installed on-site and demand-controlled lighting and air-conditioning.
